These Terms of Use govern your use of MotoLoop, a group ride coordination app for motorcyclists. By using MotoLoop, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of MotoLoop

MotoLoop helps motorcycle groups coordinate rides by sharing the next ride target, participant status, quick signals, approximate rider location, and basic ride history.

MotoLoop is a coordination tool. It is not a navigation system, emergency service, safety guarantee, or replacement for rider judgment.

2. Ride safety

Motorcycling is inherently risky. You are responsible for riding safely, following traffic laws, maintaining control of your motorcycle, using proper protective equipment, and deciding whether it is safe to check or interact with the app.

Do not use MotoLoop in a way that distracts you while riding. If you need to interact with the app beyond a quick glance or signal, stop safely first.

3. No navigation guarantee

MotoLoop does not provide turn-by-turn navigation. The app may let you open a target in an external navigation app, but MotoLoop is not responsible for routes, road closures, traffic conditions, incorrect map data, unsafe route choices, delays, or navigation errors.

4. No emergency service

MotoLoop is not an emergency communication system. Quick signals such as “Problem”, “Wait for me”, “Need fuel”, or “Need a break” are convenience features. They may fail, be delayed, or not be seen by other riders.

In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly. Do not rely on MotoLoop for life-critical communication.

5. Location and group status accuracy

MotoLoop may show rider location, status, and last seen information. This information may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or incomplete due to GPS limitations, mobile network coverage, battery settings, device permissions, background restrictions, server issues, or network issues.

6. User responsibility

You agree not to use the app while riding in a dangerous or unlawful way, share ride codes with unintended participants, track people without their knowledge, submit false or harmful content, interfere with app security, or misuse quick signals and ride status features.

7. Ride codes and participants

MotoLoop rides are code-based. Anyone with a valid ride code may be able to join the ride. Treat ride codes as semi-private and share them only with intended participants.

8. Anonymous accounts

MotoLoop may create an anonymous device-first account when you first use the app. If you delete the app, clear app data, or lose the device, anonymous account data may become unavailable unless future account recovery or claim features are enabled.

9. Availability

MotoLoop may not always be available. The app may be interrupted by maintenance, bugs, network failures, server outages, third-party service issues, operating system restrictions, app store changes, or platform changes.

10. Privacy

MotoLoop’s handling of location, device, push notification, account, and ride history data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. MVP status

MotoLoop may initially be released as an MVP, beta, internal test, closed test, or early access product. Features may change, bugs may occur, and some features may be incomplete.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoLoop and its developer are not liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, wrong routes, delayed or missing signals, inaccurate location data, service interruptions, data loss, or decisions made based on app information.

You use MotoLoop at your own risk.
